Pilates is an intelligent movement system that helps you as a basis for every day tasks, rehabilitation of wrong muscle firing patterns as well as enhancing any of your favorite sports activity.
There are many ways to present the Pilates method, but he designed it to be a workout. If you are not moving, you will not change. Mr. Pilates would modify the movements to fit for the clients needs. We are teaching in the spirit of Joseph Pilates: classical, east-coast or traditional would describe best how we teach at our studio. We modify our teaching to your needs.
Our classes are classical oriented as originally designed. Our private lessons are tailored to the clients needs and goals. Your teacher will choose the best possible way for your body to help you archive your goals.
We believe in positive reinforcement and a hands-on approach to correct your movement patterns in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
Pilates is a mindful approach to exercising and requires a high level of mental and physical concentration. Wrong, unhealthy movement patterns are sometimes difficult to correct and you will need patience and persistence to realign your body and become healthier overall.
Our teachers will encourage you on your Pilates journey.
