We want you to be comfortable in our studio.

Here are a few tips:

Pilates is a hands on teaching method. Our teachers are trained to provide professional cueing, verbally and with touch, to help you find the correct way of executing the movements. Please communicate with your teacher if you need help in a different way. We respect your boundaries.

Our classes are on a first come, first serve basis with reservations to secure your spot in class, so you can have the peace of mind. If the class is full, you will be placed on a wait list. Or you are welcome to drop in as a stand-by student, but there is no guarantee for a spot.

All our classes and private lessons are 55 minutes long.

Please be at the studio at least 5 minutes before class starts. The beginning of the class is very important. If you have had a stressful day, it will help you unwind and get you into your body and ready for the work-out.

If you are late and the class has already started, your spot might be taken by stand-by students who were on the wait list or dropped in.

After you workout, please wipe down your equipment and everything you touched. Please also to wipe down the handles, bars and pads as well. We all like to stay healthy.

Our cleaning spray is 100% biodegradable and safe.

Return your equipment as you found it and put all the props you used back in their place.

Please speak quietly and turn off your cell phone ringer. If you need your phone for emergencies, take it with you to your equipment and answer your phone as soon as it rings.

Please do not chew gum. We are CPR trained, but like to avoid showing off our skills.

Avoid strong perfumes. Some clients are very sensitive to scents.

Please communicate with us. Your input is most valuable to us. If you are not feeling well or you can't do an exercise, tell your teacher so you won't get corrected. This will increase everyone's comfort level.
